Arkansas Supreme Court Upsets Certification Of Class Action For Private Nuisance Claim
LITTLE ROCK, Ark. - A unanimous Arkansas Supreme Court reversed certification of a class action for a claim of private nuisance against the operators of an industrial wastewater treatment plant Oct. 11 on the grounds that individual issues dominate class issues (Georgia-Pacific Corp. v.
