SALT LAKE CITY - The Utah Court of Appeals on July 12 reversed summary judgment in favor of a hospital seeking coinsurance from a patient, saying that when a provider has been fully paid for its services, it does not have a basis to collect a sum in excess of what it already has received from the insurer (Ann V. CINCINNATI - An insured is not entitled to reimbursement of attorney fees for defense against alleged claims of judicial misconduct because the professional liability policy at issue does not provide reimbursement unless all of the allegations against the insured are dismissed or discontinued without a finding of fault or guilt, the Sixth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals affirmed Aug. 2 (Deborah P.
