Rhode Island Judge Takes Special Master Issue Under Advisement
PROVIDENCE, R.I. - The Rhode Island Superior Court judge presiding over the state’s public nuisance lawsuit against the former makers of lead paint and pigment took under advisement the appointment of a special master to oversee abatement proceedings at a hearing June 4, a source told Mealey Publications (state of Rhode Island v.
