HOUSTON - A group of plaintiffs in the Texas silica multidistrict litigation filed a request for permanent injunction with the court on April 9 against the enforcement of the state’s medical criteria law, which they say unconstitutionally allows critical changes in the standards that their medical reports must meet (In re: Texas state Silica Products Liability Litigation, No. 2004-70000, Texas Dist., 295th Jud.
