LOS ANGELES - A California appeals court ruled Jan. 29 that the pollution exclusion bars coverage for a public sewer system worker’s injuries from exposure to a toxic chemical released into the system by a furniture-stripping business (American Casualty Company of Reading, Pa. v. 8th Circuit Upholds Wyeth Victory In Second Prempro MDL Trial
ST. LOUIS - Wyeth’s victory in the second trial in the Prempro multidistrict litigation was upheld Jan. 31 by the Eighth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals after it found that the judge presiding over the trial did not err in allowing certain jury instructions and testimony from defense witnesses (Helene Rush v.
