NEW ORLEANS - Finding that a Texas federal court’s enforcement of a $13.6 million International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) award issued to a Finnish company was consistent with the award “as written,” the Fifth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on Feb 20 affirmed the lower court’s enforcement of the award (Wartsila Finland OY and Wartsila Guatemala S.A. v.
